The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to beautiful scenery and various transportation options. the rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. the pub had a welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel at home. the breakfast was delicious and the beer was well-maintained. the staff, especially the landlord, was friendly and accommodating. Guests were provided with a key to allow for flexible comings and goings.

The menu for the evening meals was slightly limited and lacked imagination.

Loved the cozy and rustic atmosphere of the pub, it felt like a true traditional experience. The owner had an eccentric personality which added to the charm of the place.- The food was fresh and well cooked, definitely exceeded our expectations.

The service was extremely slow, had to wait over an hour for our food. The manager's response to our complaint was embarrassing and the excuse for the delay was unsatisfactory.
